Refund policy

Return Window: We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Items must be unopened and seals must be intact.
• Packaging must be in its original, undamaged state.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Special dietary or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sale@yorksupplements.ltd so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the items remain in original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
