Is the dinnerware microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. All our ceramic and stoneware collections are high-fired for durability, making them safe for both microwave heating and industrial-grade dishwasher cycles.
Why does my plate look slightly different from the photo?
We use reactive glazes and hand-finishing techniques. This means every piece has unique mineral speckles or gradient shifts, ensuring your set is one-of-a-kind.
What materials are used in Wabi-Sabi products?
We use professional-grade porcelain and high-density stoneware. All our glazes are non-porous, lead-free, and cadmium-free for 100% food safety.
Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the EU. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at sale@yorksupplements.ltd so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. EU customers also benefit from a 14-day "cooling-off" period for any reason.
